Pacha Maya (Messico & Guatemala)

A tour where we will take you to discover some of the most beautiful places in Guatemala and Mexico, following the traces of the glorious Mayan civilisation. We will start from the capital, Guatemala City, and then move towards one of the most beautiful colonial cities of the continent and a World Heritage Site UNESCO: Antigua. After admiring the beauty of this city, surrounded by volcanoes, we will reach the shores of Lake Atitlàn and enjoy a visit to the Mayan site of Iximchè, a boat ride to San Antonio Palopò and the colorful indigenous market of Chichicastenango. Our journey will then continue by air to the Peten area, where we will visit the island of Topoxté and the Mayan site of the classical period Yaxhá. We will conclude the visit to Guatemala with a day dedicated to visiting the Tikal National Park, where the temple of the Great Jaguar predominates

It's time for Mexico, we will begin to get to know the uncontaminated beauty of this country starting from Chiapas and one of its most evocative archaeological sites, the immense Yaxchilan, reachable only by navigating the Usumacinta river. Not even time to recover from the sight of so much beauty, that we will immerse ourselves again in the Mayan world and UNESCO heritage sites, exploring the archaeological site of Palenque, the city of Campeche, the imposing and fascinating Uxmal and the white city, capital of Yucatan: Merida.

Our tour will end with a visit to one of the 7 wonders of the world, Chichen Itza, which with its charm represents the Mayan culture in all its splendor.
