From the fascinating megalopolis of Mexico City to the vibrant Pacific coast. An itinerary that will thrill you by living the most important Mexican traditions from the day of the dead to Tequila, discovering unparalleled natural spectacles such as the Mariposas Monarcas and the Islas Marietas, up to the beaches and nightlife of the coasts of Nayarit and Jalisco. Meet Sol y Tequila.
We start with the visit of Mexico City, where we will visit its colorful historic center, the museum of anthropology, the neighborhood of Coyoacán, the house museum of Frida Kahlo, the lagoon of Xochimilco with its typical trajineras and, just outside the city, the archaeological site of Tehotihuacan, the most visited in the country. We leave Mexico City and here the itinerary will take different directions initially. Depending on the dates of departure, will take to know the beautiful Valle de Bravo and then visit one of the protected natural reserves dedicated to Mariposas Monarcas, or attend the ceremony of the night of the day of dead, with the ceremony on the island of Ianitza. We will then arrive at the capital of the state of Jalisco, Guadalajara. We will visit its historic center, the neighborhood of Tlaquepaque and Zapopan, before immersing ourselves in history and especially in the taste of Tequila. It’s time for the sea, it’s time to get to know the hippie pueblo of Sayulita with its endless bay, to explore PLaya Escondida at the Marietas Islands, before ending up in the 'hermosa' Puerto Vallarta, which will be... without a doubt.
